Processing  & Shipping

Once preorders close, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and shipping. You'll receive tracking info the moment your order is on the way.

Refunds & Exchanges

Each item from our collection is made to order, crafted just for you. Because of this custom process, we do not offer returns or refunds.

We do accept size exchanges for the same item, as long as the following conditions are met:

• The hoodie is in original, unworn condition (no stains, odors, pet hair, or visible signs of wear)
• The request is made within 3 days of delivery
• The size requested is in stock or available to reproduce

Exchanges are subject to stock and material availability. We cannot guarantee that your desired size will be available, but we will do our best to accommodate.
